I tried these out for a weekend social event. As I usually get quite anxious when around a lot of new people. These ear seeds really sorted me out. I found myself looking forward to the event and actually enjoying chatting to people. I lost all my anxieties and just felt really calm and at ease throughout. Even when any plans changed I just found myself going with it instead of stressing out and overthinking like I normally would. I will be buying these again for sure! A definite recommendation!
