Refund policy

Goods must be returned within 28 days from receipt. Unfortunately if more time has passed than this we will not be able to give you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@beautyandthebenefit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We strongly advise you to use a tracking service and retain your proof of postage. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Firstly, we are sorry if you have received any item from us that you do not feel is perfect. Please get in touch with us straight away at Hello@beautyandthebenefit.com

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It would be helpful if you could provide photos and provide as much information as you can in order to help us put this right for you.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
