Where do you ship to?
Beauty and the Benefit currently delivers inside the UK only.
How long does shipping take?
Typically all products ordered are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class (2-3 business days).
Please note if your order is made before 1pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day.
Next day delivery is available at the cost noted during checkout. Please order before 1pm to ensure next day delivery. If after 1pm it may be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).
How do I track my order?
All orders will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. This will be sent to you via email. You will be able to use the link provided in the email to follow the progress of your delivery.

How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@beautyandthebenefit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We strongly advise you to use a tracking service and retain your proof of postage. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and then let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
