HOW TO USE

Take 30 minutes before a meal with 250ml water. Start with 1 capsule daily and increase by one capsule each week, up to 2-3 capsules daily for ongoing use (or up to 6 daily if professionally directed). Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; refrigeration not required.
