HOW TO USE

• Diffuser & Diffuser Oil: add water to the ceramic diffuser with a few drops of the Clary Sage & Chamomile oil, then switch on.
• Rollerball: roll onto pulse points such as wrists and temples.
• Room Mist: mist into the air or over linen as needed.
• Candle: place on a stable, heat-resistant surface, keep away from drafts, and never leave burning unattended.
• Sleep Mask: wear over the eyes to block out light.
