HOW TO USE

Mix 2.5 teaspoons (7g) with 200ml of cold water, a smoothie or juice — a hand whisk or blender helps it combine fully. Can also be stirred into food. Take the full serving at once or split across the day; do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
