THINGS TO KNOW

• Lion's Mane is a fungal ingredient not authorised in the UK to carry health claims (e.g. cognitive function, memory, focus, nerve growth, digestion, immunity) — we describe it factually, not functionally, and have removed claims about NGF stimulation, gut health and immune boosting.
• Zinc is included at a level providing 15%+ of the Nutrient Reference Value per daily dose, as stated on pack, supporting the zinc claims above.

HOW TO USE

Mix 2g with hot water, coffee, tea, or smoothies. Add your favourite milk if preferred. 120 servings per 240g pouch.
