JERMS - Daily Gut

Daily Gut is JERMS' pre, pro and postbiotic blend, built around named strains and Feiolix® (Feijoa Fruit Extract), with baobab, artichoke, ginger and lemon balm. 5g (2 tsp) per serving, 30 servings per pack.

• Tribiotic Complex: Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1 (postbiotic) and Bacillus clausii BCL19, named strains rather than a generic "probiotic blend"
• Feiolix® (Feijoa Fruit Extract), baobab powder, artichoke powder, ginger root and lemon balm extract
• Bromelain, a digestive enzyme sourced from pineapple
• Free from gluten, dairy, soy, added sugar, artificial sweeteners and GMOs
• Suitable for vegans and vegetarians

Why it passes the BATB filter: most gut blends hide behind "proprietary probiotic blend" — this one names its strains and states the dose.

• This is a botanical, probiotic and enzyme blend with no added vitamins or minerals at a level that qualifies for a UK-authorised health claim — so we can tell you what's in it, not what it does.
• None of the ingredients here (feijoa extract, baobab, artichoke, ginger, lemon balm, bromelain, or the bacterial strains) are on the UK's authorised list for gut, appetite, blood-sugar or any other health claim, regardless of how they're marketed elsewhere.
• Designed to be taken alongside JERMS Biotic Energy if you want both — they use different strain combinations.
• If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, check with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

HOW TO USE

Mix 2 tsp (approx. 5g) daily into a smoothie, shake or plant milk, or with cold water. Avoid hot drinks, which can affect the live cultures.
