HOW TO USE

Shake well before use. Adults: mix 1 tablespoon (15ml) into water or juice, 1-3 times daily. Children: mix 1 teaspoon (5ml) into water or juice. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight; refrigerate once opened and keep the cap tightly closed.
