THINGS TO KNOW

• This is a topical spray applied to the skin, not a food supplement — we don't make ingested-supplement claims (such as contribution to normal muscle function or reduction of tiredness) because those authorised claims apply to dietary intake, not skin application.
• May cause a mild tingling sensation on first use, particularly on sensitive or freshly shaved skin — this is a known characteristic of magnesium chloride sprays and settles with regular use.

HOW TO USE

Ideally spray after a shower or bath, when pores are open. Apply 5 to 20 sprays to the area of concern in the morning and at night, and lightly massage into the skin.
