Together Health Joint Supplement is a vegetable capsule combining standardised Turmeric Rhizome extract, Boswellia Serrata extract and Black Pepper extract, taken once daily.

• Turmeric Rhizome extract standardised to 95% curcumin
• Boswellia Serrata extract standardised to 65% boswellic acid
• Black Pepper extract standardised to 95% piperine
• Vegetable cellulose capsule (vegan format)

THINGS TO KNOW

• Turmeric and Boswellia are botanical ingredients. Under UK regulations, no health claims — including "anti-inflammatory" or "eases inflammation" — are authorised for these botanicals, so we describe them here only by extract type and standardisation, not by effect.
• This product does not contain any added vitamins or minerals.
• Contains fat-soluble compounds, best absorbed with a meal containing fat.
• If you take medication (particularly blood-thinning medication) or have a medical condition, speak to your GP before use.

HOW TO USE

Take 1 capsule a day with a meal containing fat. Do not take more than 3 capsules a day. Taking it at the same time each day can help build a routine.
